Win a Quarter Cow (150 pounds of hanging weight), enough to stock your freezer with enough steaks, roasts, and ground beef to fuel your grilling sessions for months...all with exceptional, ethically sourced farm-raised meat.
Process:
- When you make a reservation, we'll request your preferred meat cuts through a brief cut sheet that you can fill out, or if you prefer, we can complete it on your behalf.
- Next, we'll schedule a date for processing.
- Each cut will be individually vacuum-sealed, frozen, and then boxed for optimal freshness.
- You have the option of having your meat delivered to you for a nominal fee, or you can collect it yourself from the farm. The farm encourages farm pickups so you can witness firsthand the excellent care their animals receive!
